Terms and Conditions for Transfer Service – U Travel Asia
1. Non-Refundable Bookings
- All bookings made through U Travel Asia are strictly non-refundable, except for those made with the Flexi Option. The Flexi Option allows for changes or cancellations as per the specific terms outlined during the booking process.
2. Driver Assignment
- Upon booking confirmation, a driver will be assigned directly to your service. The driver details will be shared prior to the pickup.
3. Extra Charges
- Drivers reserve the right to charge extra fees for any additional services or demands requested by the client during the journey. This may include, but is not limited to, changes in the route, additional stops, or extra waiting time.
4. Specific Zones and Routes
- All transfer services are directed to specific zones as outlined in our service areas. Any deviations from the predetermined routes may incur additional charges at the driver’s discretion.
5. Exact Address Requirement
- Clients are required to provide the exact address of their destination to the driver when boarding the vehicle. Failure to do so may result in delays or route adjustments, which could incur additional charges.
