Refund & Return Policy


U Travel Asia (U Asia Booking Platform) values every booking made with us. To ensure transparency, we set forth the following refund and return policy:

No Refund Policy

  • All transactions made through our platform are strictly non-refundable.

  • Once a booking or payment is confirmed, no cash refund will be issued under any circumstances.

Carry Forward of Transactions

  • If a customer is unable to proceed with a confirmed booking, the paid amount will not be refunded.

  • Instead, the amount may be carried forward as booking credit to be used for future bookings with U Travel Asia (U Asia Booking Platform).

  • Carry forward credits must be utilized within 12 months from the date of the original transaction, unless otherwise stated.

Non-Returnable Services

  • As we are a service-based platform (airport transfers, city transfers, and city tours), all bookings are considered final and non-returnable.

  • Services once delivered or missed due to customer-related issues (e.g., late arrival, no-show) will not be eligible for any refund or compensation.

Agreement to Policy

By making a payment or booking with U Travel Asia (U Asia Booking Platform), you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund & Return Policy.
